Return & Replacement Policy – Vensa Kins Ventures

At Vensa Kins, we take great care to ensure that every artificial plant, flower, and décor product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Return Request Window

Customers must initiate a return or replacement request within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. You may contact via Email or Whatsapp with order details and photos. Our team will review the request and respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received damaged during delivery

• Incorrect product delivered

• Manufacturing defect

• Missing items or accessories

Customers may be required to share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

Condition of Returned Products

To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must:

• Be unused

• Be in original packaging

• Include all tags, parts, and accessories

Products that have been used, installed, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Minor differences in color or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen display

• Products returned without original packaging

• Bulk or custom orders

Replacement or Refund

We will prioritize replacement of the product whenever possible.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect product, Vensa Kins will bear the return shipping cost.

• In other approved cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer.

Right to Refuse Returns

Vensa Kins reserves the right to decline return requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.
